Current measures and changes
Emergency measures valid on 1 September 2021
Upon arrival, everyone must prove that one of the following conditions is met:
have a negative PCR test not exceeding 7 days old,
have a negative POC (so-called antigenic) test not exceeding 72 hours old,
have a laboratory confirmation of having recovered from covid-19 disease in the period not longer than 180 days before the day of the event.
- having got vaccinated, provided the last dose (i.e., in case of a two-dose vaccination scheme, the second one, in case of a single-dose vaccination scheme, the first one) has been administered at least 14 days prior to the event.
In addition, everyone present must have a respirator on at all times without an exhalation valve of min. class FFP2 (KN95 / N95).
As the presenter, we must check compliance with these requirements. To make the checks go smoothly, we ask that you arrive on time. You will make our checks much easier by installing the mobile telephone application “Tečka” (Dot) from the Czech Ministry of Health. The application enables the downloading, management, and presentation of Digital COVID Certificates on your mobile device.

Compensation for tickets for cancelled concerts in season 2020/2021 are automatically refunded to your bank account from 14 June.
If you have purchased individual tickets for concerts that were cancelled without a make-up date, we offer the following possible solutions:
- tickets purchased online or in person up to 31 August 2020 will be returned to your account once you send your account number and a scan of the ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org
- compensation for tickets purchased online from 1 September 2020 on is handled by GoOut, email@example.com, +420 222 70 30 70, Mon–Fri: 10:00–18:00
- compensation for tickets purchased in person from 1 September 2020 on – refunds will be dealt with after restrictions have ended, as soon as shops and box offices are opened again. Your money will be returned at the site of ticket sale. Please do not forget to present your purchased ticket – without it we will not be able to issue a refund.
